How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order after 1 hour of placing the order or up until your order is processed and confirmed. Please contact us at hello@shopelspiri.com if you would like to cancel your order.
What if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, please notify us at hello@shopelspiri.com  within 48 hours of delivery. 
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes, If you received your item damaged, please notify us with photos or videos of damages within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

We want to get your purchase into your hands as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. All orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 2-7 business days for delivery. Please note that packages are subject to carrier delays. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $200 and express shipping on U.S domestic orders only.

Please note: We do not ship and/or deliver on weekends & some orders will require a signature. 

* 2 Day Expedited/Overnight orders must be placed before 11:30 AM EST to be sent out within the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 11:30 AM EST will ship out on the following business day. Expedited orders are delivered Monday-Friday. There is no expedited option for weekend delivery.

Elspiri cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Do you ship internationally?

We now offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and countries in Europe except for the United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Elspiri payment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Elspiri has no insight into these fees and cannot estimate the costs at the time of order placement. Prior to placing your order please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you as regulations and guidelines differ by country.

If you refuse a shipment from Elspiri you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning your order package. This amount will be deducted from your order refund once the shipment has been received back.

International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs and can take up to or longer than 30 days depending on the country of destination. We are working on expanding our international shipping. However in the meanwhile Elspiri cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns in original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and stain/odor-free. Returned items must have all tags, plastic/garment bags, and hygienic liners attached for either a refund or store credit. 

All return requests must be made within 7 days after the date of delivery.
What’s the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns in original condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and stain/odor-free. Returned items must have all tags, plastic/garment bags, and hygienic liners attached for either a refund or store credit. 

For sanitary purposes, please try on swimsuits over underwear. 

All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. 

All return requests must be made within 7 days after the date of delivery. We have the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear. If you received your item damaged, please notify us with photos or videos of damages within 48 hours of delivery. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price.

Please allow 3-7 business days after receipt for your refund to be returned to your card, as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Should you return your order in its entirety, please remember to return any free gifts sent along with the order as well. Any product marked on sale, is final sale, and cannot be returned.

We want your return process to be hassle-free. Therefore, we provide you with a free shipping return label. However, please note that we do charge a restocking fee of $9.95 and are unable to refund any original shipping fees if applicable. 
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 3-7 business days after receipt for your refund to be returned to your card, as  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How do I make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
